Frequently Asked Questions

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony's scheduled start time of 1:30 pm.

This will allow you ample time to settle in and get prepared before the proceedings begin.

You will not be able to enter the hall during the wedding processional so as to not cause disruption.

What will your wedding timeline look like?

The ceremony itself will last approximately 30 minutes. Following the ceremony, there will be grouped photos with the newlyweds at the Kingdom Hall. We then invite you to join us at Doltone House Western Sydney in Bossley Park. Canapes and refreshments will be served from 5pm.

Please note that the reception will promptly conclude at 10:00pm with music and entertainment to stop at 9:30pm.

We hope you have a wonderful time celebrating with us throughout the evening.

I can’t attend the wedding in person, will there be virtual means of attending?

While we would be overjoyed to have you physically present on our wedding day, we completely understand if circumstances prevent you from attending.

We have arranged a live streaming of the ceremony exclusively for our close family and friends who are unable to join us in person. This broadcast will be accessible through ZOOM.

If you would like to be sent the details and enjoy the livestream, please let us know so we can include you. We would be thrilled to have you virtually celebrate this special day with us.

Will the ceremony and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors but we recommend to be wet weather ready as there is no undercover parking at either location.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Both the ceremony and reception venue have ample parking spaces available. You can feel assured that parking will be available, making it convenient for everyone attending the wedding. Our lovely carpark attendants will be present at the ceremony to direct you should you require any assistance.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Please feel free to take as many photos as you want throughout the day. We kindly request however, that you please be aware of your surroundings and that you are not obstructing anyone’s view.

Professional photographers and videographers will be present to capture all the important moments for us. We ask that you please refrain from getting in their way.

We would absolutely love to see our day captured from your POV. There will be a QR code provided to you where you can share your pictures with us.

Can I post about your wedding to social media?

While we too love sharing joyous occasions with those we love, we ask that you please refrain from posting about the event on any social media platform until after the event has concluded.

Instead, we encourage you to make the best use of your time by getting to know your fellow tablemates, mingling with old friends (and new), and being truly present in the moment.
